What Is HVAC & Refrigeration?
HVAC service work is time-critical and specification-heavy at the same time. A filter has a nominal size and an actual size that differ; a replacement motor has to match horsepower, voltage, rotation, frame and shaft; and refrigerant selection is now governed as much by regulation as by performance.

Can I use a higher MERV filter than the original?
Often, but higher efficiency means higher pressure drop, which can reduce airflow and strain the blower. Tell ChatMRO the unit and it flags whether the upgrade is safe.
Can you match a replacement motor from the old nameplate?
Yes. Give whatever is legible — horsepower, voltage, RPM, frame, rotation — and ChatMRO identifies matching motors and flags where a mounting adapter is needed.
Do you supply refrigerants?
Refrigerants are available subject to certification and transport requirements, which vary by type and jurisdiction. ChatMRO shows any restriction with the quote.
Can you supply filters in custom sizes?
Standard nominal sizes are stocked, and non-standard sizes can be made to order. Give the actual frame dimensions in the RFQ.
Do you handle bulk filter replenishment?
