What Are Hand Tools?
Hand tools look like the simplest thing in an MRO catalogue and are quietly full of specification traps. Metric against imperial, six-point against twelve-point, standard against deep or impact-rated sockets, and the safety ranges — insulated to 1000 V, non-sparking for flammable atmospheres — that are not optional where they apply.

Do torque wrenches come calibrated?
Most ship with a certificate of calibration. If your process requires traceable calibration or a specific standard, note it in the RFQ and it will be quoted with the tool.
What is the difference between chrome and impact sockets?
Impact sockets use a more ductile alloy with thicker walls so they deform rather than shatter under impact loading. Chrome sockets must never be used on an impact wrench.
Can you supply 1000 V insulated tools for electrical work?
Yes. VDE-rated insulated tools are indexed as a distinct group, individually tested, and available as sets or single tools.
Do you supply non-sparking tools for hazardous areas?
