What Is a Pneumatic Modular FRL Accessorie?
A filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit conditions compressed air before it reaches pneumatic tools and cylinders — filtering particulates and moisture, regulating pressure to a set point, and (where used) adding a metered lubricant mist. Modular FRL accessories are the add-on components that mount, connect, protect or extend these units: interlink kits join separate filter, regulator and lubricator modules into a single stacked assembly sharing one mounting footprint and port alignment.
Because FRL modules are sold by manufacturer-specific series and port size, accessories such as brackets, interlink kits and gauges must match both the series and port size of the base unit — a bracket or interlink kit for one series' body width will not fit another manufacturer's stack even at the same nominal port size. Select a gauge whose full-scale range is roughly double your normal operating pressure, which keeps the needle in the most accurate, readable portion of the dial rather than pegged near full scale.
